It provides a good massage, and at the end of it there is a feeling of relief: pressure and tension are gone, the muscles relax, and you feel the blood moving. It works the palm on both sides, and the wrist.

It's lightweight, portable and rechargeable, so you can walk around with it without being plugged in. It applies pressure and acupressure points that feel good, although the heat is not really noticeable.
