Can one port really run a full-size laptop?

Yes, 140W over PD 3.1. A laptop draws only what it is built to take.

Does the clock keep the date after a power cut?

No. The clock and date reset after a power cut. The volt, amp and watt readout is not affected.

What can the built-in cable charge?

Up to 65W: phones, tablets, headphones, thin-and-light laptops. For 140W, use C1 or C2.

Will it fast-charge my laptop and my phone?

Yes, over USB Power Delivery 3.1, and you can watch it happen on the readout.

What runs where, left to right?

Two USB-A at 30W, USB-C3 at 65W, then C2 and C1 at 140W, and the 65W cable at the end.

Is the display too bright at night?

I bought it mainly to charge several wireless headphones and PC mice at once, and sometimes a phone as well. When I connect my phone to the 140W USB-C port it negotiates PD 3.0 and charges at 100W; through a universal cable I see up to 120W. One detail worth knowing: the time on the display resets after it has been disconnected from power. Overall the device copes well with what I bought it for, and I can recommend it.

Brilliant. Bought it to power my 140W Alientek soldering iron and it works perfectly. Powers my 2-in-1 tablet as well. The clock resets every time you turn the charger off, which is frustrating as it takes a minute or so to program the clock, but that's the only con, really.
